今年开年以来,疫情不断反复,对我们天堃公司的经营带来了巨大挑战!经过公司领导层和各业务部门的共同努力,复工复产有序推进,供应链不畅逐步缓解,业务量逐渐好转。尤其是公司业务四部,1~5月进出口由去年同期的100万美元增长至200万美元,在手订单累计达200万美元 , 呈现恢复性增长势头。

“尽管存在一些困难,但我们部门同事上下一心,迎难而上,实现今年年初公司下达的目标我们有信心。”四部经理陈钦伟说,我们采取了以下措施以实现业务的稳步增长:一是深挖老客户的潜力,在目前严峻的疫情形势下,我们不能出去参展,客户也进不来,没有新客户,我们就在老客户身上做文章。把每一个客户都梳理一遍,让老客户把单子下到我们这边来。二是针对每个客户自身的特点,我们开展针对性工作,我们把工厂分为A、B、C三个等级,不同的客户,对品质的要求和能接受的价格不同,我们匹配不同的工厂,提供差异化的产品。这样就避免了客户的流失,扩大了业务量,促进公司整体出口收汇增长。三是跟客户共同开发产品,譬如原来有一个做背包的印度客户,我们发挥自身优势,帮助客户拓品,将客户的产品线从背包延伸到了旅行箱,我们将客户的要求和我们自身多年的箱包出口经验结合,开发出了适销对路的产品,客人逐步扩大了他的市场占有率,我们实现了合作的双赢。

陈钦伟经理介绍,在具体业务推进层面,我们牺牲了平时的一些个人爱好,注重发挥部门合力,平时工作到晚上十一二点是常事,在疫情冲击的情况下,客户群和供应链都面临重塑,我们充分认识到“危”中有“机”,必须抢抓发展机遇,协调工厂和客户的对接,参与更加充分的市场竞争,拓展全球市场,推动部门持续发展。
